• Responsible gaming compliance: Processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations related to player protection, including monitoring for signs of problem gambling;
• Customer support: Processing is necessary to respond to your enquiries and resolve disputes;
• Marketing communications: Processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time from your account settings;
• Platform improvement and analytics: Processing is in lick33's legitimate interest to improve the user experience and technical performance of the platform.

• Payment service providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, card networks, USDT processors) — to process deposits and withdrawals in PKR;

• Game content providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft) — limited technical data is shared to facilitate game session delivery and resolve technical disputes;

• Support correspondence: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the last communication.

Where personal data is no longer required, lick33 will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise it.

8. Data Security

lick33 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

lick33 employs age verification as part of the KYC process to prevent underage access. If lick33 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed. If you believe a minor has registered on lick33, please contact support immediately via the email in Section 13.

11. International Data Transfers

lick33 is an international platform. Your personal data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred internationally, lick33 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual data protection clauses with receiving parties — to ensure your data is protected to a standard equivalent to that required under applicable data protection principles.
